**Purposes:** The charity’s objects (‘Objects’) are specifically restricted to the promotion of the following purposes for the benefit of the public: 4.1	The advancement of amateur sport through the provision facilities available to the local community primarily but not exclusively for association football to the highest possible standard for all sections of Rosario YFC and the wider community. The charity will recognise and understand the needs and expectations of its members and the wider community of all ages, abilities and backgrounds.  Nothing in the articles authorises an application of the property of the charity for purposes which are not charitable in accordance with section 7 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and/or section 2 of the Charities Act 2011 and or section 2 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
