Antrim: (1) Increase the availability of preventive and supportive mental health services by individuals aged 12 and over facing financial barriers, through the provision or facilitation of accessible, professional, and locally based counselling services. (2) To reduce suicidal ideation and attempts through comprehensive suicide prevention activities. (3) To promote the preservation and protection of health among people from 12 years and up by providing or assisting in the provision of appropriate, professional locally based counselling services for those in need, who would otherwise not be able to avail of such services through lack of means.
