**Purposes:** The Constitution of Fermanagh Pride has the following as it’s intended goals:  To introduce and develop an LGBTQIA+ safe space within the local  community.  To promote and celebrate equality of community in Co. Fermanagh (and  beyond).  To raise awareness of LGBTQIA+; community, issues, services, and activities  to the general public.  To promote inclusion and diversity of general population in Fermanagh (and  beyond).  To improve understanding and foster positive attitudes of cultural and human  differences between communities.  To promote socially inclusive activities and services for mental health and  wellbeing of LGBTQIA+ community and it’s Allies.

**What the charity does:** The advancement of human rights, conflict resolution or reconciliation or the promotion of  religious or racial harmony or equality and diversity
