**Purposes:** To promote the physical, mental, and social development of young people through boxing and related activities: The charity will use boxing as a means to enhance physical fitness, mental resilience, and social skills among young participants.  To provide educational and personal development opportunities: By engaging young people in structured boxing programs, the charity aims to broaden their horizons, build self-discipline, and foster a sense of community and mutual respect.  To bridge cultural and social divides: Through exchange programs and collaborative projects, the charity will connect young people from different communities and backgrounds, fostering understanding and solidarity across diverse groups.  To support the well-being and life skills of young people: The charity will offer workshops, mentoring, and other resources to help young individuals develop essential life skills, improve their well-being, and pursue positive life paths
