4.1. The Charity’s Objects are specifically restricted to the following for the public benefit in Northern Ireland and elsewhere: 4.1.1. the enhancement of environmental protection and improvement, in particular, the protection, maintenance and enhancement of natural biodiversity through the creation and management of one or more nature reserves (“Nature Reserves”); 4.1.2. the advancement of health and wellbeing through the provision of public access at one or more of the Nature Reserves for the benefit of the general public and bereaved families; and 4.1.3. such other charitable purposes as the Trustees may from time to time determine. Nothing in the articles shall authorise an application of the property of the Charity for purposes which are not charitable in accordance with s.2 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
