The charity’s objects (‘Objects’) are specifically restricted to the following: The objects of the Company are to carry on activities which benefit the community in Northern Ireland and in particular (without limitation): To provide facilities in Donagh which are made available for use by the local community and surrounding areas in the interest of social welfare and improving educational outcomes and personal development. To contribute to the community life of the Donagh area through the development of sustainable projects and uses for buildings, structures or spaces. To advance the education and vocational skills of local people. To promote such other charitable purposes as may from time to time be determined. For the avoidance of doubt, the system of law governing the articles of association of the charity is the law of Northern Ireland.
