## Activities

**Purposes:** The charity's objects ('Objects') are specifically restricted to the following:  1.To provide grassroots training and employment services to support creatives within the community into employment or self-employment within the yarn and textile arts industries.  2. Supporting those, who by way of disadvantage, have not had the opportunities to attend further or higher education to develop their creative abilities, resulting in underemployment or unemployment.  3. Developing and promoting opportunities for aspiring artists in heritage textile-based skills.  4. Promoting use of creativity to improve mental health and wellbeing, increase confidence and resilience and reduce social isolation.  Nothing in the articles will authorise an application of the property of the charity for purposes, which are not charitable in accordance with any statutory provision regarding the meaning of the word "charitable", or the words "charitable purposes" in force in any part of the United Kingdom and/or Republic of Ireland and/or the European Union or elsewhere.
