SiJst3in3bie F31th Global, commonly called 'Sustainable Faith,, is a Christian, contemplative
collective that seeks to provide resources for prayer, formation, spiritual direction, ongoing
training, and retreat in the United Kingdom and beyond. The aim is to help people flourish, in
discerning and living nut their purp05e faithfully, joyfully, and sustainably. To this end we host
retreats, nurture conversations of oonsequence, accompany leaders, train spirituèl director5,
and help people pour themselves nijt frnm a deep place."

2.1 Charitable Objects and Overview of Activitv
2.1.1 As stated in Sustainable Faith Global's Article5 of Association, their governing
documents, the Charity's objects Arp. specific to the following iJndpr4.1.l.: 'the
advancement of the Christian faith mainly but not exclusively by mean5 of Christian Spiritual
direction and gpiritual formation training, teaching in spiritual practices, the holding ol
ongoing training, prayer 8atherings, conferences, and retreats, and producing and
distributing Christ13n contemplative literature and resources for the piiblic benefit in the
United Kingdom and elsewhere."

2.1.2 Over this p35t year we have trained over 60 Spiritual directors in Northern Ireland,
Scotland, Ingland, and Europe in 9 cohorts, 35 well as three other formation schools for
another 23 inéividuals. We have provided ongoing training to another 120 i¢)dividual
Spiritual directors through the School of Ignatlan Accompaniment, the School of Supervision,
School of Ignatian Spirituality, Month5y Trainings and Regional Gatherings.

under supervision for at least two people in their first year and 3-4 in their second year. So,
this year our year I trainees1361 offered monthly free Spiritual dlrection to about 72 people
monthly in the wider Chrkstian community or those whn are seeklnE this forrnati￿. Our year
2 trainees1291 offered monthly free spiritual direction to over 100 people in the wider
Christian crrnmunity or those who are seeking this formation. Additionally, our 6
5upervisor54n-traininE offered supervision to at least l individual monthly for the year for 10
months, totaling over 60 free sessions of supervision. Last, our Ignatian Accompanimenl
Training began to offer free Ignatian Accompanimenl to over 14 individuals month5y. We

total offered from this spiritual direction collective was over 235 per month Imost directors

Operational Overview
3.1 Sustainable Faith Global has a CEO and Operation5 administrator. The CEO leads and offers
support to the team of teachers who offer the training in several Ioc3tions. The CEO also
interacls reRularly with the Board for the Dverall wellbeinE of the organisation. The operations
administratiK adds ongoinE support to the worf( of the CEO, the Trii£tpei the trainers, the
spiritual directors in training, as well as the spiritual directors in Ouf collectlve.
Our Teachersltrainer5. Our toachers lead the training schoo15 in spiritual dlrection in their own
contexts. Each of our teachers is a trained gpiritual director as well as being a capable facilitator.

The company's policy is to achieve a level of free rpserve5 whlth matches the needs of the company
both at the current time ané the loreseeable future. Free reserves are those unrestricted reserve5
which are avai13ble for general use.
5. Publlc Benefit:
In setting our objectives and planviing our attivities for the period. the directors have given careful
consideration to the Charity Commission fnr Northern Ireland's Statutory guidance on public benefit
to ensure that the 3Ctivitie5 have helped achieve the charity purpose and provide a benefit to the

chiArr.h and to any who are seeking their formation in the UK and beyond. We look forward to
further growth and sharing.
8. Future Outlook:
Whilst the desire, need and invitation for this work continues to grow, it Is important that this is
rlnnp. in 3 5tructurallv surtainable manner. As we arp already in the midEt of this year beyond this
filin& we are already seeinE tremendous growth in our schools, ongoing Iraining opportunities,
opportunities to share spiritua, direction to those in need, and many accessing our resources. We
