We had a great and informative visit from Edwin Poots & Jonny Jackson. Edwin Poots is
now our MLA since the restructure of the Parliamentary constituencies. We now come
under South Belfast & North Down. They have pledged their support and assistance to
help us thrive.
We also had an enjoyable visit from Dundonald Hen Shed and they have requested that
some of us revisit them to share our'chicken Scratching, skills.
We are delighted that we were able to welcome 4 new members in January 25. Ladies
you are verywelcome.
We are looking forward to interesting and varied activities in 25126, especially the 4
weeks willow weavingwe have planned.
Possible plans for the future- Consider another weekly meeting and look for other craft
courses to run on a different day from our regular waekly meetings
I would like to personally thank all our members who have shared their skills and
knowledge and have organised our different activities. Your willingness to do this makes
Saintfield Hen Shed the success that it is.
Over the last year Sainttield Hen Shed has been quietly continuing to thrive. We have a
great future to grow and develop this friendly community resource.
