Respective Responsibilities of Trustees and Examiner
The charity’s trustees are responsible for preparing the accounts in accordance with the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 and the requirements of the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland (CCNI).
They are satisfied that the accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2026 present receipts and payments and a statement of assets and liabilities in accordance with the CCNI’s Receipts and Payments format for smaller charities.
It is my responsibility to:
Examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008;
Follow the procedures laid down by the Commission; and
State whether matters have come to my attention.
Basis of Independent Examiner’s Report
My examination was carried out in accordance with the CCNI’s Directions and Guidance for Independent Examiners.
The examination includes a review of the accounting records, supporting documents, and explanations provided by the trustees and officers.
My work has been limited to that appropriate to an examination rather than an audit; consequently, I do not express an audit opinion on these accounts.

In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention which gives me reasonable cause to believe that, in any material respect:
I have no concerns and have received all information and explanations that I required for the purpose of my independent examination.
