Provide a range of practical services and outreach opportunities that will benefit those in physical and emotional need within the Markethill area.  This may also include learning and developmental opportunities.  Establish counselling, mentoring and other support services for those living within the Markethill area who present for help with identifiable mental health needs or those associated to addiction(s).  Provide all services in a professional manner that recognises appropriate good practice in relation to children, young people, and vulnerable members of the community.
