## Activities

**Purposes:** The purpose of which shall be to improve the quality of lives for those with a diagnosis of Heart Failure in all such ways that are exclusively charitable, and necessary, to cooperate with other similar organisations both locally and nationally.   The objectives of the group is to provide peer support, education, therapeutic and social activities to help individuals learn to live with their condition, aiming to build confidence and self-esteem to improve quality of life through friendships and laughter. To residents in Northern Ireland without distinction of political opinion, sexual orientation, religious belief, disability, age, gender, race, marital status and family status, or other opinion by engaging in and organising community activities and projects with the object of improving the quality of life of residents of Northern Ireland.  We are a not for profit organisation.
