**Purposes:** THE PUPOSES OF THE CHARITY ARE:  Purpose: The advancement of the arts, culture, heritage or science   At East Broadway we aim to provide theatre opportunities to those in the community through the teaching of singing, dancing, and acting. We also provide opportunities to work backstage and in technical theatre. Our aim is to provide opportunities to those who may be excluded due to financial constraints or perceived disability.  The direct benefits which flow from this purpose include that young people are better educated in theatre and the arts; more people will receive opportunities for work experience in theatre and the arts, the young people will grow in confidence and be more employable and develop good communicationskills. These benefits can be seen through the increase in involvement with our numbers rising at each show or workshop we organise and from feedback from parents and the young people themselves. The main beneficiaries are the young people aged 7-23 that we work with as well as members of the public who come to  see our shows and get to enjoy the theatre experience.
