**Purposes:** (i) 	To develop the the former site of Meánscoil Dhoire as a Gaeláras (A Gaeláras is a centre of Language and Culture)  (ii) 	To use that Gaeláras to provide social and educational events through the medium of Irish. (iii) 	To develop the Gaeláras as a resource centre with the aim of cultivating interest   	in Gaelic culture.
