**Purposes:** The purpose of Skerries Fold Residents Association ("the Association") is to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Skerries Fold and surrounding area without distinction of sex, sexual orientation race or of political, religuous or other opinions, by associating together the said residents and the local authorites, voluntary and other organisations in a common effort to advance health, to preserve the environment and heritage of the area of benefit and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the condition so flife for the said inhabitants.
