## Activities

**Purposes:** The association is established to promote education and the benefit of the pupils with severe social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties whom attend Clarawood School (hereinafter referred to as the beneficiaries) without distinction of age, gender, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, ethnic identity, political or religious opinion, by associating the statutory authorities, community and voluntary organisations, parents, guardians and carers in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said beneficiaries and in particular to:  a) engage in activities which support the School and advance the education of the beneficiaries by providing or assisting in the provision of educational facilities at the school.  b) foster more extended relationships between the staff, parents and others who befriend the School.  c) to promote the health of the beneficiaries by providing or assisting in the provision of equipment, facilities and recreational services in an educational environment.
