**Purposes:** THE PURPOSES OF THE CHARITY ARE:  The charity's purposes are to promote the health and wellbeing of ex-serving veterans of H.M. Armed Forces and Irish Defence Forces personnel, their family members and / or carers by:  a) securing accommodation that can be used for holiday breaks to provide rest and recuperation for veterans, their family members, carers;  b) organising events, gatherings, and social outings to relieve social isolation;  c) and by any other charitable activities as the trustees shall consider appropriate.
