**Purposes:** The charity's objects ('Objects') are to benefit the inhabitants of the Ballysally and district area of County Londonderry and its environs (the "area of benefit") without distinction of gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, race, ethnicity, or political, religious or other opinion and in particular to:- 1)	Promote health and well-being by operating a healthy eating community cafe and community garden. 2)	Promote community development by providing: a)	Facilities, advice and information to local community and voluntary groups and organisations; b)	Facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and other leisure time occupations for those individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age or social and economic circumstances or for the public at large: and c)	Classes and other forms of training.
