Christ’s Shepherd’s and Flock Ministry International

Organizational Purpose

The Christ’s Shepherd’s and Flock Ministry International General Council (CSAFMI GC) has the leadership and responsibility to ensure the vision, mission and to uphold the organizational purposes which are, to grow together in faith , hope and love by studying the word of God continually, to proclaim the christian saving gospel to the community, to offer service, christian fellowship to the members and community and to conduct praise and worship service. All aim to practise and advance the christian religion.

Objectives and Activities

The CSAFMI GC remain steadfast to encourage and enable as many individuals as attainable to become part of the CSAFMI UK community at four places in the United Kingdom namely Belfast, Enniskillen, Coleraine and Hereford. The CSAFMI GC and representatives consistently and vigilantly oversee an overview of Sunday's praise and worship services and make plans on how to include people from all walks of life within each local community and beyond.

Our religious services and other undertakings enable and give all members of the society and ethnic minority in origin such as many of our members, an opportunity to exercise their Christian faith within the parameters of biblical instructions, authority and mandate only. The services we provide are:

Sunday Praise and worship service, a Christian expression of thanksgiving and love for God.

Word of God Exposition, a revelation of who He is, what He has accomplished, our purpose in living and of what is required of us.

After service meal and fellowship, an expression of reciprocal love toward each other within the church community and visitors.

Evangelism and Ministerial Care

In the past and future plans of endeavour for the coming years the incumbent CSAFMI office holders are firm and with high regards in following the Charity commission of Northern Ireland guidance on public benefit guidance for charities within the classification of Advancement of Religion, an important tool to serve the general public lawfully, to achieve our end purpose “To give Glory and Honor to God and enjoy Him forever”.

To accomplish our organizations work it is imperative that we continue to have the power granted to us by your good office through the approval of our governing document to carry further our objectives.

Achievement and Performance

The CSAFMI UK Churches are passionate in carrying on and offer a place with us, to any individuals, family and group to join us in our variety of religious services and activities throughout our calendar year , these are;

Congressional Sunday Praise and Worship Service, following the long line tradition of early christians before us. Followed by a lunch meal and christian fellowship, this encourages a deeper relationship among members and visitors alike.

We also make use of the technology available to us today, All of our Praise and worship services are Broadcasted online reaching a greater number of people other than our attendee, this provides opportunities for the word of God as delivered by our speaker, breaking the barrier of disability, distance and other restrictions to achieve our purpose as stated earlier.

The CSAFMI is also actively publishing and sharing christian literature through the use of social media, this programme as well, serves CSAFMI’s objective, a far reaching tool to enrich christian understanding not only in our local CSAFMI churches community where she resides moreover internationally. Furthermore we also use the social media platform in Prayer Meetings in which we are accepting prayer request of CSAFMI members including prayer petition coming from their families, relatives, friends, coworkers, schoolmates and everyone we come in contact with, should such individual wish to to pray for a specific appeal to the Divine through CSAFMI congressional prayer or Individual personal prayer. Such prayer requests are posted to our social media account.

Church Ministerial Care

The CSAFMI Council and members are always care and ready to give christian love to everyone, we are providing spiritual, and practical service not only in our respected church community but moreover in our place of work, schools, social media and in our travels. We always provide answers the best we can to the question about christianity and give unsolicited introductions of christian religion to anyone who is willing to listen and voluntarily give a copy of the Bible.

Furthermore CSAFMI Council, representatives and members offer visitations upon request to an individual or household carrying out services such as household prayer, giving messages of hope and encouragement to a dying person, sick or a grieving family. In addition we attend happy occasions too, we also give a christian message of thanksgiving in birthdays, anniversaries and other celebrations.

We are also engaged in after service fellowship among adults and young people involved in such simple activities and yet productive like a walk in the park, playing indoor and outdoor games and even consultation of homework of the younger student still in education by the senior students in senior years. Such activities are essential not only to our christian life but also to the mental health of our members.

Evangelism and Mission

Service to the people and community near and far is our christian and civic duty, moreover it is CSAFMI UK members opportunity to embody the very core principle of christianity, we believe that is to “ To Glorify and Honor God and to serve our Neighbours, That is the reason that we willingly give our time, money and other resources at our disposal.

The CSAFMI Belfast resident pastor and the head of our Evangelism ministry travels to Coleraine every month to conduct Praise and worship service among other religious activities upon request.

The CAFMI Enniskellen is also active in home visitations, coffee meetings to individuals and families making them aware of our activities and presenting them an open invitation to visit and participate in such religious activities..

Our Churches is also blessed to be a substitute church to a number of christian travelers away from their mother church and becomes a new home for those who are newcomers.

The CSAFMI UK churches Raise £1500 as a donation, to build a church for our sister church in Pampanga, Philippines.

Our evangelism and mission also extend to a personal level, as a christian and a member of CSAFMI UK we have a duty to proclaim the Christian saving gospel to everyone we meet, in our workplaces, schools, social gatherings, and casual encounters. To encourage individuals, families, and communities. Introducing the Christian faith to those who are willing to listen, who are of a different or no faith at all, or to those who have grown cold in practicing the Christian faith.

Learning New Skills

In CSAFMI UK we encourage all to learn new musical instruments, or to further develop and practice already learnt instruments, for example: the electric and acoustic guitar, the bass guitar, drums, and keyboard piano.In addition to playing for worship and praise, our music and technology officer also teaches young members the technical skills for sound amplification of our musical instruments and soundboard operations, power supply connections as well as how to broadcast the services live to reach a greater audience online. For such skills are necessary in our mission and evangelism ministries.

Organisational Structure, Governance, and Management

The procedure of appointment of CSAFMI UK general council is stipulated in our constitution.The membership of CSAFMI UK general council currently comprises the founding officers elected by the registered members of CSAFMI. The department heads of the governing officers and representatives make up the CSAFMI general council and are also individually answerable to the general council to ensure the check and balance system are upheld as a safeguard, ensuring that the mission and vision of Christian values and other constitutional rules of governance submitted to the Charity Commission are followed.

The CSAFMI general council is charged to manage all operations of CSAFMI UK. It also functions as the authoritative decision making body.

The CSAFMI general council meets four times a year or as needed to discuss all aspects of operations in all Churches in the UK, which includes Sunday worship service, mission and evangelism, finances and other activities.
