STRUCTURE AND MANAGEMENT
There are 3 directors and they are subject to re-ele¢tion on a rotational basis each year.

DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE
The main object for which the company is established 15 to assist in the relief of disadvantage ancl
poverty in the worfd. We aim lo do this through supporting proje¢ts which promote advan￿ment of
education, conflict resolution, disease prevention and environmentsl protection. Support is given by
coordinating the volunteer work of Rotary Ireland members and by receiving donations from Rotary
members. funders and the general publi¢ to support such projects, wlh the assistance of matching
gtynls from the Rotsry Foundation where possible. We are affiliated to, and work in tandem wtih
Rotsry Ireland.
We aim to do this through supporting projects whiGh promote advancement of education, confiict

The Company's objectives are specifically restricted to the following Objectives-
The main objective of the Company is lo receNe, handle and adrninisler bequests, gifts and major
donations on behapf of Rotsry Ireland District 1160.
All monies are held in trust for use by Rotary Ireland D1160. On application for grant aid lo carry o
projects wlhin the communty funds wll be released on a case by case basis folloM4ng the principles
laid out by Rotary Foundation (The Rotary Foundation - Rotary in Great Yritain and Irelandl.
FUTURE PLANS
1. Realisation of 8 propety gifted to Rotsry Ireland as cash.
2. Provide Rotary Ireland with funding to creats an area of ref0￿StatiOn for both ¢ommunity use
and potential source of future funding to provide further grant aid to Rotary Ireland. This will
enable clubs lo cary out non-profit charitsble projects in the community.

In setting our objectives and planning our activities for the year the trustees have given careful
consideration lo the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland's guidance on public benefit to ensure
that the activrfties have helped lo a¢hieve trTe charity's purposes and provide a benefit lo the
beneficiaries.
FINANCIAL REVIEW
The financial report relates to the period from 1 November 2024 10 31 October 2025.
STA TEMENT OF TRUSTEE RESPONSIBIUTIES
The Trustees are responsible for preparing the annual report and the financial statements of the
¢harity in ac¢ordan¢e wth appli¢able law and generally accepted accounting practi￿.
The Trustees are responsible for keeping adequate accounting records that are sufficient to show
and explain the charity's transactions and disclose wth reasonable accuracy at any time its financial
position. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and hence for taking
reasonable steps for the p￿ventIon and detection of fraud and other irregularities.

I report on the accounts of the Trust for the year ended 31￿ October 2025, which are set out overleaf.

I have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and my examination
was carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland
under section 6519llbl of the Charities Act.
My examination included a review of the accounb'ng records kept by the charty and a comparison of thè
accounts presented with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual items or disclosu￿$ in
the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as charity trustees conceming any such matters.
