Ensure all dogs in our care are treated to the highest standard. Put the dogs’ health, and welfare above all others. Ensure all dogs in our care are vaccinated and neutered by a qualified veterinarian before they are rehomed. Maintain a posive outlook for all dogs, assessing them throughout their stay with us, so as to ensure they are responsibly, and suitably matched with new owners. Deal with all dogs in a humane, and compassionate manner, in line with their best interests. Provide a framework of support and advice for new owners. Raise awareness surrounding the breed, and the ongoing issues with overbreeding. Work and co-ordinate with organisaons of a similar nature to share resources where possible. Charity Acvies: Through generous donaons from various public and private sources THR have been able to care for and rehome many dogs during the period. Charity Achievements: THR were able to rehome 17 dogs in the period. Those dogs, and all other resident dogs exisng at period end have been able to receive the best possible care and aenon available, thanks to the dedicaon of Hayley Doak and a small group of friendly volunteers, and a generous amount of donaons to cover considerable expenses.
