The Board of Directors have examined the charity's requirements for reserves and wnsider the current
level to exceed ihe requirements to continue operdtion throughout the 2025 and 2026 financial years. The current level of reserves

registered office is given in the charity infornialion on page 3 of these financial siatemenis. Th¢ nature of the ¢haritgs
0￿ratIonS and principal activities are the provision of a community hall for a wide range of social, cultural and
educational activities for ihe benefit of the local community.
The Charity constitutes a publi¢ be￿rit eniity as defined by FRS 102. The financial sthtements have ￿￿en prepared in accordance

All incoming resources are included in the Statement of Financial Activities (SOFA) when the charity Is legally entitled
to the income after any perfornjance conditions have been mel, the amouni can be measured reliably and il is probable

For donations to be recognised the charity will have been notified of the amunts and the settlement date in writing. If
there are wnditions attached to the donation and this r4uires a level of perfomiance before entitlement can be obtained

Donated facilities and donated professional services are recognised in income at their fair value when their economic

rnarket for such facilities and service5. A corresponding amount is recognised in expenditure.
No amount is included in the financial statements for volunteer time in line with the SOIiP.
Income from grants are recognised at fair value when the chariry has entiilement after any performance conditions have
bcen mel, it is probable that the income will be received and the amount can be measured reliably. If eniitlement is noi mel
then these amounts are deferred.
Other income includes the rental in¢omc received from the rental of the building. It is included when the amount can be
measuTed reliably and is recognised as the charity's right to receive payment is established.
Expenditure recognition
All expendilure is aceounied for on an accruals basis and has been classified under headings that ag¥Tegate all Costs
related to the category. Expenditure is recognised where there is a legal or constructive obligalion to make payements to
third parties. it is probable that the settlement will be required and the amount of the obligation can be measured
