The Charity was formed on 6 January 2023. The Charity is governed by a Constitution
The Charity is constituted as an unincorporated association.
The Charitable purposes of charity are Williams Syndrome Buddies will help support the individuals with Williams Syndrome and their families by sending gifts several times a year. These gifts have been found to help the mental state of the individual and their families as they are reminded that they are not alone and they are part of a community. All of these gifts are funded through donations.
To further these purposes for the public benefit, we carried out the following activities:
- e Purchased ice cream for members and their family’s at a meet up at Sperrin Fun Farm
- e Sent Christmas cards and give vouchers to each member
