Purposes and Objectives of Glenravel Community First Responders . Glenravel Community First Responders will provide life-saving care in a range of medical emergencies, pending arrival ambulance service. Volunteers will preserve life, prevent deterioration and promote recovery. Volunteers will be trained and revalidated yearly in emergency first aid for situations such as choking and cardiac arrest. Comfort and . support will be provided to family members and community during medical emergencies. The beneficiaries of the charity, will be everyone with in the Glenravel area, that need the services of a first responder in a medical emergency.

In setting our objectives and planning our activities for the year the trustees have given careful consideration to the Charity Commission NI’s guidance on public benefit to ensure that the activities have helped to achieve the charity’s purposes and provide a benefit to the beneficiaries.

Financial Review

During the year we secured funding from Mid & East Antrim Council and Clear Small Grants (Developing Health) totalling £500. We also received £1,240.50 in donations and through fundraising events we received a total of £5,889.70. Our income for the year totalled £7,630.20. We made payments in total to the value of £7,127.92 leaving a bank balance at the year-end of £6,895.14.

| have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and an examination was carried out in accordance with the general directions given by the Charity Commission NI under section 65 (9)(b) of the Charities Act.

It also included consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanations from you as charity trustees concerning any such matters.
