The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the applicable accounting Standards, the Statement of Recornmended Practice "Accounting and Reporting by Charities" issued in March 2005 and the Charities Act 1993. Incoming Resources Donations, legacies and other forms of voluntary income are recognised as incomlng resources when receivable. except insofar as they are incapable of financial measurement. Resources Expended Resour￿5 expended are recognised in the period in which they are incurred.
