Vde have invested in centralised offrK Spa￿ at our community space. with investment in live st￿aming and video content crealion allowing us to provide support to those faith communities meeting in waTiOUS places across the north coast induding teaching materi81, recordings for those unable to attend, etc. Community Garden We continued to gn￿ our communtylgardenlmffee space called Origln, on Dirraw Road in Ballymoney. We added solai power to help us offset the growing amount oy power required to run activities throughout the year. Organlsed communty benefit events multiple times per week throughout the year where local people are welc£Jme to come and enjoy a safe and wa￿ enviionment, grow their own food, and aid wellbeing. We delivered food grown in our gardens to refugee and asylum seeker famili8s locally and further afEtd in Belfasl. The team advised other groups across the UK on starting similar projects, and this remains a key objective - to encourage and inspire others to make a difference.

Public Beneflt Requirement The trustees have all necessary policies and systems in place. Such as Conflict of Interest and Safeguardlng policies. Quarterly meetings are held and recorded. Regular updates on the financial p￿lt￿on are re￿ived. Communlty programmes are held throughout the year for the benefit of all. Regular contact is kept with funding agencies and local councll employees. Training programmes are attended, and information 15 circulated through our blknatsApp group. Transactlons wlth related parties During the year our Collective employed one of our trustees as team leader, and transacted for woth undertaken in the stewarding of events, running the communty garden, and paid agreed compensation for electi7clheatinglmaint8nance used on the shared site. Year-End Financial Posltion Spending on projecls was higher than usual during this perlod for our organisation, due to specffic income used to upgrade facilities at our communty garden space. We don't foresee any issues going forward, due to excellent regular ftnancial support from member& and our plan to seek funding and granis over the coming months. We have current policies in pl￿ such as Flnancial and AnttsFraud, which are regularfy updated.
