are set out on pages 1-2.

As the charlty's trustees you are re5ponslble for the preparatlon of the account in
accordance with the Charltles Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
It Is my responslblllty to:
examine the accounts under sectlon 65 of the Charltles Act
follow the procedures lald down in the general Directlons given by the
Commlsslon under sectlon 6519)(b) of the Charltle5 Art
state whether partlcular matters have come to my attentlon.

I have examlned your charlty accounts as requlred under sectlon 65 of the Charftles Act
and my examlnatlon was carrled out In accordance wlth the general dlrectlons glven by
the Charlty Comm1551on for Northern Ireland under sectlon 6519}(b) of the Charltles ACL
My examlnatlon Included a review of the accountln8 records kept by the Charity and a
compartson of the accounts presented with those records. It also Included consideratlon
of any unusual Items of dlsclosures In the accounts. and seeking explanatlons from you
as charlty trustees COn￿rnIng any such matters.
My role Is to state whether any materlal matters have come to my attentlon glvin8 me
cause to belleve;
l. That accountlng records were not kept in accordance with sectlon 63 of the
Charltles Act
2. That the accounts do not accord wlth those accountlng record5
3. That the accounts do not comply wlth the accountlng requlrements of the
Charltles Act.
4. That there Is further Information needed for a proper understandin8 of the
