**Purposes:** The objects of charity are to preserve and protect health and wellbeing and provide support and empowerment to men and women in Portadown and the surrounding region who are affected by mental illness, addiction, physical illness, loneliness or isolation, in particular by, but not limited to, the provision of (a) Professional counselling delivered by fully qualified, experienced counsellors: and (b) Therapeutic activities such as woodwork, woodcarving, arts & crafts, education & wellbeing, cookery, baking, pottery & ceramics, sewing & interior design, gardening & horticulture, yoga, pilates and physical exercise

**What the charity does:** The advancement of health or the saving of lives,The relief of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage
