**Purposes:** Offer an inclusive environment in which parents/carers of children, young people and vulnerable adults with learning disabilities or complex needs are encouraged and supported to overcome barriers to access support both for themselves and their families/carers in an inclusive and empowering manner by encouraging self-care, mutual support and providing activities both recreational and educational for both parents/carers, children, young people and vulnerable adults.
