It Is my responsiblllty to: examine the accounts under sectlon 65 of the Charltles Art 2008. follow the procedures lald down In the general Dlrections given by the Commission under section 65{9)(b) of the Charitles Act 2008. state whether particular matters have come to my attention. B•sls of Independent Examinerfs Report I have examined your Charlty accounts as requlred under sectlon 65 of the Charltles Act and my examlnation was carried out In accordance wlth the general directlons 8lven by the Charlty Commlsslon for Northern Ireland under sectlon 65(9){b) of the Charltles Act. My examlnation Included a revlew of the accounting records kept by the Charity and a comparlson of the accounts presented wlth those records. It also Induded conslderatlon of any unusual items or disclosures In the accounts, and seeking explanatlons from you as Charity Trustees concernlng any such Matters. My role Is to state whether any materlal matters have come to my attentlon glvlng me cause to belleve: l. That accounting records were not kept In accordance with sectlon 63 of the Charities ACL 2. That the accounts do not accord with those accounting records. 3. That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requlrements of the Charlties Act. 4. That there Is further Information needed for a proper understsndlng of the accounts to be reached.
