In particular, the Trustees consider how planned activitses will contribute to the alms and objectives they have seL Publlc Beneflt The direct benefits whlch flow from our purpose are to recruit, coordinate and equip local volunteers. Volunteers wlll be trained and alerted by the Nl Arnbulan Service to assess and provide an approplate intervention to those wlth appropiate medlcal ernergencles in thelr localities. Moyle Communlty First Responders carries out its purpose by provldlng resusitation. care and support to a casualty pending the arrival of an emergency ambulance whlch will be dispatched simultaneously wlth the first responders. . A¢hl•vffii•nts and Perf¢xmanc• Following the creation of the group in September 2022, Moyle Community First Responders continued to fundraise throughout 2023-24. A special mention to McBurney Transport, £2,0(X), and Trlangle Housing Assoclation, £3.750. for thelr generous contributions. Funds raised were again Invested in equipment for the volunteer responders. The group had to suspend activities in August 2023 for a number of months while governance and structures were belng looked at but by the end of the year activitles recommenced with a collectlon at Amioy Mart ralsing £259. Moyle Community First Responders Is a non-profit making organisation. Totsl income for the period amounted to £8,044, (2023: £20.104). Income derlved frorn donations and gifts amounted to £4.035 (2023: £7.015) and other Income from grant bodfes and charitable activities arnounted to £4,CX)9. (2023:13,089). Total expenditure for the period arnounted to £8,498 (2023. £19,526). The net income for the period amounted to (£454), (2023: £578) with net assets of £124 at 31 March 2024: represented by £5,676 of unrestricted funds and(£5,552) restrlcted fvnds.
