## The purpose of the organisation is: 

- To offer a safe and secure place for children and their families

- To share information and experiences

We confirm as trustees we have had regard to the Commission’s Public benefit requirement statutory guidance. 

## Main achievements in the year ended 30 June 2025 

- This year we continued to provide a safe and happy place for babies and toddlers and their parents, guardians, grand-parents and carers to come together on a Monday morning within the local community. 

- We celebrated many events during the year including Daddy’s day, Halloween, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter and an end of year party. 

- - In June 2025 we took the children to Mount Panther Farm, which they thoroughly enjoyed. 

## Financial review for the year ended 30 June 2025. 

During the year, we had total income of £1,781.80 which consisted of income from weekly sessions and registration fees. We had total expenditure of £1,647.07. We had an overall net surplus of £134.73. 

We are very pleased at the very successful year the charity had, and we look forward to its continued Vy, At the 30" June 2025, we had a bank balance of£2,707.56. success.
