Memb•r•hlp: A new Membership course will need to take place in Summer 2024 to extend an Invitation to those attending Shiloh to become committed member8 of the Fellow8hip. The Trustees therefore approvod Broad Streei Athry30ry Llmited. Chartered Accountsnts to prepare the financial statem8nts. It was agreed a number of bulldlng m81nten8nce works were requlred both externally and internally. These were to begin immediately and would include roof rep8r8tion. painting 8nd decor8ting, electrical upgrades with recognised safety certificates, general rofurbishment. and othec aesthetic changes to Include new Seats'n Sunday School Since Covid 19 and the restrictions preventing weekly serylc68. Shlloh'8 Sunday School for children and young people has never recovered or been fully oper8tional again. The old portacabin (former Sunday School) was removed from beside Shiloh for health and safety reasons 8nd therefore space w83 limited to house a Sunday School in the main buildin8. The Trustees agreed to present plans ft)r 8 new structure to house a new Sund8y SchooL Plans were drawn up by Insideout Architects and have been fom)ally presented to planning for approvaL Sound Equlpmo Shiloh's sound equipment has not had an upgrade slnce 2010 and with 8 wider audience being reached with the gospel of Jesu8. vl8 80cial media. including weekly Facebook Livestreams and YouTube. It was agreod to h8ve thi8 upgr8ded. Q Waokly Sorvlc•s In this reporting period we haven't yet achleved tull operation of ourservice provision prior to Covid 19 and the 8ovemment-Imposed restrictions that affocted our Fetlow8hip'8 abllity to fully tunction. However, having said that. we continue to provide 8 Mornlngservice everySurKlay morningand an Evening Service once a fortnighL Our weekly Wednesday night BitAe Studies continue x3 per month, and Ix per month 8 general Prayer Neeting occurs. All of these services have seen an Increase In numbers attending. The Morning and Evening semces 8re also livestreamed via social media and are av8ilablo on YouTube. O Communlty Purs• The leadership team agreed 10% ot the weekly income received from voluntary offerings I donatlons given to Shiloh would automaticauy go into our'community Purse.. Part of thi8 project may Involve creating 8 polytunnel where clients l users can learn to grow plants and vegetables a8 part ol 8 holi8tic approach to therapeutic recovery and transforrnation.
