The AGM of Bocombra PS PTA was held on 3 October 2024 2024, chaired by Mr Mark Vallelly- School principal at Bocombra PS. At the meeting the out80ing chalrperson of the PTA Mrs Carol Cooper thanked the committee for all their hard work and support given In the prevlous school year outlining the work the PTA had completed durin8 the 2023124 academic year. The fundralsers Included.. Christmas Tea Towels Chrlstmas Craft Falr Tuck Shops Fun Fitness Dav Summer Fun Night Mrs Cooper also highlighted the tremendous support the PTA funds had been in helping the school upgrade 16 of their IPads and a generous contribution toward5 a new portable ipad char8ing trolley. Thls amounted £5039.QNJ. They also provlded £150.00 per classroom to purchase play and other equlpment. Mr Vallelly thanked Mrs Cooper for her and her committee's dedication and hard work throughout 2023124. Mrvallelly presented the accounts for the 2023124 year which have been independently aud5ted. The trustees have regard to the Charlty's Commission's Public Beneflt requirement, and it has been previously agreed that the report of the outgoing Chair would be an effective summary of the previous PTA activities in the period coverin8 the financial year.
The PTA started the 2023124 academic year with a credit balance of £2717.14 and finlshed it with a credit balance of £5253.20. This reflected a total Income of £14,133.60 and expenditure of £11697.54. There is no other fund held by the Charity and therefore nothing is in deficit.
