**Purposes:** The Well Lane Warriors is established to provide facilities and opportunities for the recreation, or other leisure-time occupation, mainly through the medium of football, for children and young people primarily, but not exclusively, with additional needs, learning disabilities and sensory processing concerns, in the Newry, Mourne & Down District Council area, which will improve the conditions of life for such children and young people by promoting their physical, mental and emotional health and well-being and social inclusion.
