BWABLT is established to promote human rights and reconciliation for the people of Northern Ireland, in all such ways that are exclusively charitable, by: ● promoting social inclusion for all communities ● promoting anti-sectarian initiatives ● educating the people of Northern Ireland on human rights ● producing and using artistic media to promote good community relations and integration ● highlighting the social issues that affect Northern Ireland with the aim of fostering reconciliation and support for the development of the region. The purpose is human rights education, through the platforming of individuals and organisations working on the aforementioned themes; signposting to educational, free, and inclusive events; content production on dialogue surrounding change, peacebuilding, and cross-community support; as well as dissemination of information surrounding human rights issues that benefit the entire region.
