The main church premises Situated at 53-57 Templemore Avenue, Belfast, BT5 4FP (deeds
held by the Association of Baptist Churches in Ireland).
The church hall premises situated in Westbourne Street, Belfast {legal title held by East End
Baptist Church Limited, a company limited by guarantee, company registration number
N1020974}.

l. Accounting policies
Basis offinancial statements
As the total income of the congregation is less than £250,000, the congregation have elected in
accordance with the provisions in The Charities Accounts and Reports Regulations {Northern Ireland)
2015 to prepare its accounts on a receipts and payments basis.
Fund occounting
General funds are income funds which are to be spent on the congregation's general purposes.
Designated funds are general funds set aside by the congregation for the specific purpose of
supporting missionary endeavours.
