## Friends of the Fin PTA 

Annual Monitoring Report 1st April 2024 - 31st March 2025 

Within this time period, Friends of the Fin have had limited fundraising activities. During a period of transition within both the school and Friends of the Fin it was not viable to raise extra funds of their own. Therefore, there has been little financial activity during this period. 

However, although financial gain has been limited the trustees and PTA have continued to work closely with the school to aid them with their own fund-raising efforts including smarties tubes, Christmas raffle and bring and buy sales. The trustees have also volunteered at school events to support staff and pupils with events like grandparent coffee mornings, projects to maintain the sensory garden with the hope it will enhance the education and development of the pupils attending St Mary’s Primary School Aughlisnafin. 

Friends of the Fin are optimistic that this period of working closely with the school will continue to be built upon and that the next financial year will see and increase in fundraising that will benefit the children of St Mary’s Primary
