**Purposes:** 3.1  The Charity&#x27;s Objects are to promote the following purposes for the public benefit:        3.1.1  the provision of financial assistance and other support and general welfare                  among and for persons injured and their families and dependents, a a result of                 amateur road racing, testing, trials and competitions, who are involved in                  some capacity on any race track, test trial, or competition circuit in properly                  organised road races, test trials and competitions, and to support the work of                  the air ambulance and associated charities; and        3.1.2   such other exclusively charitable purpose according to the law of Northern                   Ireland as the Trustees may from time to time decide.  3.2  Nothing in this deed shall authorise the application of property of the Charity for objects which are not charitable under the Applicable Charities Legislation.  3.3  The Trustees shall, as and when they, in their absolute discretion, think fit, use the whole or any part of the capital or income of the Fund in promoting the Objects.
