**Purposes:** The purposes of the charity are:    a)	To promote the amateur sport of mountain biking primarily but not exclusively throughout Northern Ireland as an important and exciting outdoor activity that offers enhanced health and wellbeing, physical and social benefits through active participation and engagement in the activity of sustainable trail building and riding a mountain bike on natural trails;    b)	To provide outdoor physical and mental exertion by through the use of sustainable practices for the maintenance and management of natural mountain bike trails for suitable for all abilities throughout Northern Ireland by:    I.	Working in joint partnership with landowners to organise volunteer trail building and trail maintenance work;    II.	Offering the wider community coaching and development opportunities in mountain biking; and    III.	Promoting the mental and physical benefits of mountain biking within the local community and developing partnerships with other statutory and non statutory and community based organisations.
