## **Receipts and Payments Account 2024 – 2025** 

## **Notes to the Account:** 

1. ABCFHA was fortunate in receiving grants during the year from Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council.  These were all restricted funding: 

- £500 for the VE Day event in May 2024 

- £1000 in advance for Core Costs 25-26, such as stationery and equipment 

- £880 in advance for Programme Costs 25-26, such as speakers for the Annual Project 

- Grants for the current 24-25 year were received at the end of 23-24. 

2. Income from the ‘Armagh Militia’ 24 - 25 Annual Project resulted from sales of a book, which was selfpublished, containing stories written by our members.  In addition, this figure contains a small number of sales of books produced in previous years. 

3. In 24-25 many more activities were organised than in previous years, hence the greater cost. 

4. We had a stand at the Really Useful Family History Show at the Europa. 

5. There is a bill for £140 outstanding which relates to 24-25 year.

## **Note to the Account:** 

1. The pull-up stand was erroneously left out of the list of Other Assets in 23-24.  This is now corrected.
