		2. tofollowthe procedures laid down inthe General Directions given by the ,
		Northern Ireland Charity Commission, and

	Basis ofindependent	Myexamination was carried out in accordance with General Directions given
-	examiners’report	bythe Northern Ireland CharityCommission. Anexamination includes a review ofthe	,
		accountingrecords keptbythe charityand a comparison oftheaccounts
		presented withthose records. Italso includes consideration ofanyunusal
		items or disclosures in the accounts, and seekingexplanations fromyou as
		trustees concerninganysuch matters. The procedures undertaken do not
		provide all theevidencethatwould be required inan audit,and consequently
		no opinion isgivenasto whether theaccounts presenta "trueand fair"viewand
		the report is limited tothose matters set out inthestatementbelow.	.
	Independent	In the course ofmyexamination, no matter hascometomyattention
	examiner's statement	1.which givesme reasonable causeto believe that in, anymaterialrespect
		the requirements:
		(a) to keep accounting records in accordancewith theAct; and
		(b) to prepare accountswhich accordwiththe accounting records andcomply
		withthe accounting requirements ofthe Act; have notbeen met; or	f
		2.towhich, inmyopinion, attention should bedrawn inordertoenable a
		proper understanding oftheaccounts to be reached.
