Annual Report prepared in accordance with Charities SORP (effective January 2015) and the independently examined statements for the year ended 3110712025 Structure, Governance and Management Belleek Men's Shed is governed by its Constitution that was adopted on 08 August 2019. The trustees at the date of this report and those who served during the financial year together with the dates of any changes are set out are listed below. Main Street, Finner, Belleek, Enniskillen, BT93 3GT Objectives and Activities Objectives The Purpose of Belleek Men's Shed is to advance the health and well-being of men in the area of Belleek by providing opportunities for them to pursue hobbies and learn new skills in a safe group environment in an effort to improve their self-esteem and reduce social isolation. Key Activities in this Year 2024125 Belleek Men's Shed Trustees have considered the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland's general guidance on public benefit when reviewing our

objectives and in planning our future activities to ensure that these achieve the association's purposes and provide a benefit to beneficiaries. Our activities throughout the year covered much of our objective in pursuing hobbies, learning new skills and reducing isolation and loneliness. This includes: Taking classes in making St.Brigid's crosses. A series of pottery classes organised by RSPB. Started a 2 year mentorship program with Fermanagh Trust. First Aid course. We have a number of furniture restoration projects ongoing. Visited the Fermanagh 'Mountain Rescue Team, and learnt of their work. Several members completed a food hygiene course. We have been involved with the local council working with the biodiversity team and Belleek in bloom to plant up flower barrels in local housing estates. Group trip on Donegal Bay water bus and wood carvings visit. We got a visit to Enniskillen Men's Shed and Action Mental Health. We provide traffic control for local GP surgery during vaccination days and as security and traffic management at other local events. We also have a number of upcycling projects on the go. All of the above does not include our meetings on Wednesdays and Fridays for a chat and obligatory cups of tea. These meetings provide an opportunity for men to share in a safe environment and can contribute to positive mental health. Financial Review Review of Business Belleek Men's Shed is non-profit making with net income and resources in this year of Income £5,217.55 Expenditure £3,548.62 Balance £6,153.88 in AIB bank account. The trustees continue to manage resources in an efficient and sustainable manner. ReSen￿S Policy Belleek Men's Shed have a Reserves Policy, which requires that reserves are built or maintained at a level which ensures that the organisation's core activities could continue during a period of unforeseen difficulty and that the organisation's known liabilities will be pad should the organisation cease to tfade.

Future Plans Belleek Men's Shed plans to continue to focus on controlling costs, while maintaining the high standards of seNice to our beneficiaries. STATEMENT OF TRUSTEES, RESPONSIBILrriES for the year ended 3110712025 The Trustees are responsible for preparing the fi'nancial statements in accordance with applicable law and regulations. The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which. disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the charity and to enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with all appropriate regulations. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities. In so far as the trustees are aware: there is no relevant information (information needed by the charity's independent examiner in connection with preparing the independent examiners report) of which the charity's independent examiner is unaware, and the trustees have taken all the steps that they ought to have taken to make themselves aware of any relevant independent examiner information and to establish that the charity's independent examiner is aware of that information.
