CHARTERED AccouiffANTS SOMETHING MORE FOR YOU LTD (A COMPANY LIMITED BY GUARANTEE) INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT TO THE TRUSTEES OF SOMETHING MORE FOR YOU LTD I report on the accounts ofthe charitable company for the year ended 31 March 2024 as set out on pages 810 16. Responsibilities and basis of report The charity's trustees (who are also the directors of Something More For You Ltd for the purposes of company law) are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance wilh the requirements of the Companies Act 2006. Having satisfied myself that the charity is not subject to audit under company law and is eligible for independent examination. il is my responsibility lo= examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Acl (Northem Ireland) 2008, follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northem Ireland under section 65(91(bl of the Charities Acl, and slate whether particular matters have come to my attention. I have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and my examination was carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northem Ireland under section 65(9)(b} of the Charities Acl. The examination included a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items of disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as charity trustees conceming any such matters. Independent examinerfs statement I have completed my examination. I confirm that no matters have come to my attention in oJnnection wtth the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect-. accounting records were not kept in respect of the charitable company as required by section 386 of the 2006 Act., or the financial stslements do nol accord with those records., or the financial statements do not comply with the accounting requirements of section 396 of the 2006 Act other than any requirement that the accounts give a true and fair view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination., or the financlal statements have not been prepared in accordance with the methods and principles of the Statement of Recommended Practice for accounting and reporting by charities applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Stsndard applicable in Ihe UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 1021. I can confimi that l am qualified to undertake the exarnination because l am a registered member of Chartered Accountants Ireland which is one of the listed bodies.
