Trustees’ Annual Report 1[st] January 2023 – 31[st] December 2023

The Trustees of the above Fund have continued to meet regularly in accordance with their responsibilities under the terms of the Trust Deed.

The Trustees meet three times per year, at a duly convened and properly notified meeting, during which they consider the eligibility of potential and existing beneficiaries as well as their wider responsibilities as laid out in the Trust Deed.

The direct benefits are grants to beneficiaries in accordance with the Rules of the Fund. These benefits are demonstrated through the provision of financial grants to beneficiaries not less than twice a year, with occasional additional grants. Beneficiaries are widows and spinster Ladies from the age of 55 in reduced circumstances and in association with the NonSubscribing Presbyterian Church of Ireland or a body in association with the same. There is no private benefit.

The Fund is governed by a Trust Deed.

The Fund continues to be managed in an appropriate way, recognizing our responsibilities under the Trust Deed. There continues to be sufficient funds to meet the needs of existing and future beneficiaries.
