Objectives and activities of the charity
The RB Cameron Foundation is a gr3rit making foundation set up to support other organisations and causes which have
been found eligible in accofdance with the charitable objectives of the charity. namelv=

Achievements and performance of the charlty
There are no achlevements to report to date, other than the registration of the Foundation and progress in the setting up
of a bank account.
Publlc beneflt Statement
The trustees have had regard to the Charity Commisslon for Northern Ireland's guidance on public benefit. There are no
tangible bènefits to date other than the establishment of the Foundation but that in itself is a start.
Flnancial Review
The flnancial results are as set out on pages 4-7 of the accounts. There has been no activity since the charlty has been set
up in May 2022. There is expected to be income and expenditure once the bank account is set up which is expected to be
within the next year.

STATEMENT OF TRUSTEE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Trustees are responsible for preparing the annual report and the financial statements of the charity in accordance wSth
applicable law and geneially accepted accounting practice.
As the charity's total Income does not exceed £250,000, the Trustees have elected under Section 64131 of the Charities Act
INorthern Irelandl 2008 to prepare a receipts and payment account and a statement of assets and liabilities.
The Trvstees are responsible for keeping adequate accounting records that are sufflcient to show and explain the charitls
transaction5 and disc105e with reasonable accuracy at ariy time its financial position. They are also responsible for
safeguarding the assets of the charity and hence for taking reasonable steps ft)r the prevention and detection of fraud and
other irregulafities.
