Annual Report 2025–2026
Randalstown Ulster Scots Cultural Society continues to be recognised as an innovative, volunteer-led community organisation, providing a welcoming and inclusive environment with a diverse programme for all members of the local community. On average, we deliver over 10 free or low cost programmes per week, including musical tuition across a range of instruments, physical activity sessions, Highland dance, and a vibrant seniors club, among many others.
Throughout the year, we have delivered a wide range of additional initiatives focused on building community capacity, supporting local charities, and actively reducing social isolation through a strong community-led approach.
We remain immensely proud that the dedication and impact of our volunteers has been recognised through the King’s Award for Voluntary Service. Collectively, our volunteers contribute almost 13,000 hours annually, and it is their commitment and passion that make all of our work possible.
Looking ahead, this year we will host a series of events to commemorate VE Day, alongside our much-anticipated annual children’s summer schemes and community festivals, continuing to celebrate culture, heritage, and community spirit.
