PTA Chairs Report 2022/2023
Welcome to the PTA AGM for the 2022/2023 year and thank you all for your attendance this evening.
The PTAs purpose is to raise funds for Ballylifford to financially assist with purchasing items to benefit the children that the school would otherwise not be able to afford in their budget.
This is largely done by organising social events for the children and their families with a feeling of a fun, welcoming school community.
The PTAs is run by a committee of volunteers elected each year at the AGM. The AGM is the only formal meeting of the year for the PTA and deals with the formalities of the elections, financial review and future planning.
I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge and thank the serving committee.

Through their hard work, dedication and commitment to the PTA, we have continued to work towards our goals in supporting the school and enriching the education of our children.
Further to the committee, we would like to thank Mrs Conway. We are extremely grateful for her continued support and enthusiasm for our fundraising ideas.
And what a fundraising year it has been! Which Fiona will elaborate on next, in the Treasurer’s Report.
The PTA plays an important role in supporting Ballylifford Primary School with fundraising for my child and your child.
I thank you all again for your hard work and support and a big welcome any new volunteers.
