I have examin￿ your charity financial statrmet￿ as requircdundff section 65 of thc Charities Act(ND
2008 and my examination was carrioj out in aCCo￿ance with the general directions given by the Chaiity
Commission for N'orthern Erclandunder section 65(9)(b) of the Cbariti￿ Act (Nl) 2008. The examinaiion
included a review ofthe accountingrecords keptby thc charityand a Comparsson ofthe financial statcma]ts
presented with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual items or disclosurcs in the
financial statements a￿1 sceking explanatioLs froTn you as charity trustees concerning any such matt¢rs.
My role is to state whcther any material mattcrs ha￿-e come to my attention giN'ing us cause to believe:
l. Thataccountingrecor(Ls were not kept in accordancewith section 63 of the Charities Act (NI) 2008.
2. That the financial statements do not accord with those accounting records.
3. That the financial statements do not comply with the accounting requirements of section 63 of the
Charities Act (Nl) 2008 and with the metlmylsand principles of thecharities Statement of
Recommended Practice a￿lICable to charities preparing their financial statements in accordance with
the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland.
4. That there is further information needed for a proper uThJLTStanding of the financial statements to be
reached.
