As the charity's trustee's you are responsible for the p￿ parat￿n of the accounts in accordance wrth ihe
Charities Act (Northern Irejandl 2(K)8.
It is my responsibility to:
Examine the accounts under sertion 65 of the Charrties Act
Follow the procedures laid down in the general dirertion5 gr4en by the Commission unéer
section 651911bl of the Charitie5 Act
State whether particuLar matters have come to my attentM)n
I have ex3T4ined iour ch3rty accounts as required under sertion 65 of the Charities Acl aftd my
examination was carried out in accordance wrth the general directions 8rven by the Charrty Comrnis5ion
Act.
My exarninat￿n included ? review of the accour*ting records kept ty the charrty and a comparison of the
accounts presented wilh those records. It also included consideratKJn of any unusual items or
disclosures In the accounts and seeking explanations from you as chartty trusree5 concerning any such
matters.
My role is to state whether any material matters have come to my attention giving me cause to belwe:
l. The accounting records We￿ not kept in accordance wrth section 63 of the Charities Act
2. Ttriat the accounts do not accord wtth those accounti￿ records
3. Thot the accounts do not compty with the accounting requirements of the Charrties Act
4. That there is further infomation needed for a proper urKlerstandin8 of the accounts to be
reached.
I have completed my examination and have no concerns in ￿SpeCt of the matters 14 listed above. In
conneCt￿n with following directions of the Charity Commission for Northem Ireland. I hove found no
matters that require drawing to your attention.
